SmartSyn Resolver
The Smartsyn resolver is a robust analog angle sensor with very high accuracy and good reliability. Thanks to its robust design and high temperature resistance, it is suitable for challenging environments.
Smartsyn resolvers are used in all types of angle sensing in, among others, factory automation, automotive and construction industries, marine applications and the nuclear industry. The high accuracy makes it excellent for commutation of servo motors or angle sensing in rock drilling equipment.


SinglSyn Resolver
Singlsyn is a variable reluctance resolver that is mainly used in applications where there is a need for extreme reliability and robustness. Thanks to its powerful design, the ultra-thin, analog angle sensor is suitable for installation in harsh environments with limited space. Singlsyn resolvers work well in traction drives for cars, trucks, trains, ships, heavy transport, forestry machinery and mining machinery.
The Singlsyn resolver is also extremely suitable for modern electromechanical servo control with electric motors, drive-by-wire and break-by-wire, where it replaces mechanical and hydraulic systems. The resolver can handle temperatures up to 155⁰C and speeds of up to 30,000 rpm in standard design. There are several sizes as standard, all with large hole diameters. In addition, the design and properties of the resolver can be highly customized to meet specific electrical and mechanical requirements.
Encoder
An encoder is a digital angle sensor used for position and speed feedback in rotating drives. We provide optical encoders in incremental and absolute versions and multi-turn functionality. The encoders are available with both shaft and hollow shaft as well as modular versions for total integration.
Thanks to their high accuracy and resolution as well as compact dimensions, our encoders are well suited for feedback of servo motors and elevator motors.
Our magnetic encoders are distinguished by their reliability and accuracy at the very forefront. They are used successfully for speed feedback and positioning in CNC machines as well as speed feedback in traction motors for trains.


IMU
IMU – Inertial Measurement Unit – is a sensor that contains both gyros and accelerometers and offers angle and acceleration sensing in three dimensions. The sensor has a compact format and is at the same time cost-effective as it is based on MEMS technology. IMU is a relatively new and exciting area with many possibilities. Initially, the technology was developed for the automotive industry to increase stability control, but today it is used in a variety of other areas. For example, IMU is used for GPS navigation in everything from autonomous cars and helicopters to agricultural equipment, as well as various industrial applications such as industrial cranes and industrial robots. IMU technology also provides great advantages in stabilizing and controlling cameras mounted on drones, for example.
